• Click on the date, and their free time slots will appear.

• Fill out the form properly and completely.
• At the register, you will be prompted to a secure payment page
• Select your preferred method of payment, and you’re done!

In the beta version, the only way to register is by booking your first session. When you choose a service that you like, you will be directed to a page to create your account before payment. Thereafter, you can use your login information to sign in.

You will be using Skype. At the time of your appointment, the Pal will contact you and the session will commence. Our services are delivered via video conferencing, and if possible, over the phone at your request. You can still message your Pal through the messaging feature for a short message regarding an appointment if need be, but Pals do not have an obligation to answer messages in their free time.

Pals are the people who deliver the services and our connection point with the clients, so needless to say that selecting the right experts is imperative. They are licensed, trained, and highly skilled experts in their fields, who have been approved by our team after a rigorous verification and vetting process.

Yes! The times are atumatically displayed based on your local time.

You can cancel for any reason up to 48 hours before the appointment and receive a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the payment account used for the purchase. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or you miss a session, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In exceptional circumstances a Pal may have to cancel your appointment – in which case the appointment can be postponed to a later time at no extra charge, or you can choose to receive a full refund for that session instead. Please note that if you join any session under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or become abusive, insulting, disruptive or act in an unreasonable manner during the session, the Pal will be entitled to terminate the session and you will remain liable for the payment of the session.

We take the security and privacy of our members very seriously. Sessions take place in Skype, which is a well-known secure platform for private online sessions. As for the payment, we do not collect any payment information. Instead, we use a payment gateway to ensure reliable and secure payments. Moreover, we follow strict confidentiality rules. Absolutely NO video or audio recording of the session is allowed for either of the parties and the information you provide to your Pal during the session will remain only between the two of you. Although protecting our clients’ privacy is of utmost importance to us and we take reasonable measures to safeguard the information, no platform on the internet is 100% secure. We highly recommend not to share any sensitive information via the messaging feature on our website.

If for any reason you are not present within 10 minutes of a 30-minute session and 15 minutes of a 50-minute session, the session will end and will be deemed as a missed session. It’s best to notify your Pal ahead of time if you are going to miss a session or you are going to be late, so they are not kept waiting for you.
